UNFAIR 3RD PARTY CLAIM BETWEEN ICEBOLETHU AND OUTSURANCE

Unfair treatment between Icebolethu funerals and their insurer Outsurance. On this day of 14-06-2024 around 16:20. The lady driver by the name of S.N Mkhize from Icebolethu funerals did not stop at a stop sign resulting in her vehicle hitting into my vehicle. After submitting the 3rd party claim to Outsurance, their insurer, they are refusing to take liability for the claim. I am now without a vehicle an they are not willing to pay for my vehicle. Icebolethu is always on the road so how many other incidents like this have occurred where their insurer has not honored their 3rd party claims. I feel unhappy as the lady from Icebolethu also tried to change her statement and shift the blame onto me, however Faith Rogavan from Outsurance legal has admitted that their client was at fault but still not willing to pay for my vehicle as it is written off according to their assessor. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY OUTSURANCE LEGAL THAT THIS WENT IN MY FAVOUR, HOW!!
