THEY MUST CLOSE THE CALL CENTER IT USELESS
I am so disappointed, from the call center stuff. My account must be debited this month I don't care. I don't want stories, such pathetic customer service. No apology for error, no acknowledgement of mistake from their side. At this rate should this not be sorted and my policy lapses I will bring the corpse for them to eat it.
