I'm so dissapointed with cebolethu ..I. only 7 months with them bit I'm so scaptical..should something happen I'm gonn be left stranded..I got a call on Friday the 07/06/2024 saying my policy has lapsed whereas I pay every month on the 20th..Noo one is willing to assist.they keep on taking me from pillar to post..I even left my details for a callback on their website but still nothing happens

19 Jun 2024, 09:09I'm not sure u realise how important this is for me and yet no one comes back to me.shoul anything happen now to me or my dependants what's gonna happen..I'm being lenient and patient with you guys and you just drag foe feel..this is a huge risk.no one has called me or something..your service is really bad n to think that everyone complains about you but still I came to you..I think it's time I leave
