Sad client 😢 😞 😪 😔

Icebolethu funeral..rating is minis 5..if it was a vehicle I would right it off.What an ***********nunch of people.!I wrote a review on the 4th of May..to which they responded and thought my issue would be resolved..to date no end in sight to this.They have not even bothered to give an update... Is .Looking at the other reviews and my previous experience with them ..I am not surprised by this persistent incompetence ND unprofessional and terrible work ethic. Ayanda Dubaza and Mr Chili are supposed to be the heads of complaints and they are the very people with such a terrible service canmore...Mrs Mcoyi...train your people..I am at a loss for words ...beyond disappointment. WHAT A SHAME AND DISGRACE .I am disgusted
