Rotten body Icebolethu Richards bay Motual

I am writing this review on behalf of the family, Mkhize who was having a funeral today 2020/12/31.We as Mkhize family we are traumatised with the service of Icebolethu funerals at Richards bay motual, our father passed on, on the 25th of December, on the 27 of December 2020, we went to there for a claim and other administration, we arrrived at 8:00, they told us they dont have vehicles to take our corpse to the Dr, however they advice that we do something else while we waiting, they took us to the Dr at 10:00 we waited there till 17:00 afternoon, our corpes were parked in the sun from 10:00 to 17:00 that shows poor management, we arranged that they must release our corpse at 07:00 today 2020/12/31, they agreed but when we arrived there they told us they only start working at 08:00, no arrangement was made with them, when they were opening the motual, the smell of rotten bodies was unbearable, our father was rotten, having blisters not frozen, had even changed the colour.
