Paying for Nothing🤬😡👎

Icebolethu seems to be playing me now. Last year it so happened that my policy lapsed and I went to the branch for further assistant the lady who was assisting me did inform me that either have tonback pay or start the policy again of which I choose to start again, the lady told me she will aend an email there and than and tell me when I can make my paymemt to which she did before an hour after I had left their offices, I went to pay at the store and it so happened that I never kept the slip well, okay

So now this year I have been paying from March double every other month only to find out that they say the last payment which was double my premium was only for July and they send a message saying my policy has lapsed, but I never get messages from them when I pay every month from March without fail..

When I ask for assistant via WA I am not being assisted the person reads my messages and ghosts me.😠😡👎

I so regret joining Icebolethu infact they deserve 0 stars
