Outstanding Customer Service

I joined Icebolethu Funeral in 2019 & did not get my policy documents and yesterday I decided to call their call centre. I was served by a guy called Scelo, he was so professional & helpful. He apologized & promised to send me my policy document soon of which he did. There was an error on the document of which I pointed out & he corrected it immediately & resent the policy document. I am a happy client & appreciate the service I received from Scelo at Icebolethu Funeral call center.
