Nthabiseng from Kempton park Branch is Rude!!!!If you are not a Celebrity DO NOT join Icebolethu, they do not pay claims on time.

At this point I am convinced that Cebolethu is for celebrities, the rest of us we are of no importance . I lost my father last week Tuesday and I submitted claim documents the next day, last week Wednesday. I was told to allow 48 hours and to date I have not received any response from them about my claim. My father was laid to rest already last Saturday and still I have not received any payments. Instead I am receiving rude responses from the lady called Nthabiseng at the kempton park branch, who told me I’m even lucky I’m getting any communication from her and later blocked my number. What I would like to know from Cebolethu is should I bring the body to them so they can bury my father, since they are refusing to pay when I have paid all my premiums to the T. If I do not get any response from this Mickey Mouse company, I will refer this matters to the ombudsman and rest assured I will claim for compensation for all the distress you have put me through during such a tough time. You consultants are soooo rude and very insensitive. If you are not a celebrity, DO NOT even attempt taking Cebolethu, as we speak I am going to cancel my membership with them.
