Icebolethu ruined our mother's funeral

Their service was utterly distasteful. The customer service was dismissal. She fetched late to be taken to the cemetery, I had to drive to the nearest branch,caused a scene and posted on social media for them to release a car to collect my mother to be taken. The programmes were not delivered, the enlarged picture was not done,the tent decor was not done, we did our own death certificate with no assistance as per brochure package,no picture of the deceased, cemetery decor was not done. The sun was boiling hot, we were standing with no water. I'm still in disbelief of the lack of sympathy and compassion we got as the mourning family. She was the head of the house and all we wanted to do as her children is give her a decent send off. The amount of phone calls for them to assist me was over 20. We never missed any payment.
