Icebolethu Draft of the Will **** benefit

I joined Icebolethu because of one of they are benefit of drafting a will for me.

Only to found out that that benefit is a ****, because my cover started been activated on 04/11/2022 last year,but till date, Icebolethu still haven't arrange a Draft of the Will for me.

I was told to call the number on Icebolethu membership card. I spoke to a lady by the name of Dikeledi Mothusi. She did send copies of the Will for me to fill. After i signed a Will ,I emailed it back to Dikeledi.

Dikeledi didn't confirm that she received my email. I had to call her. She only told me when I call her that I have to take my Will to my bank for certification and record keeping.

I went to standard bank(My bank) and they didn't know about that type of arrangement between them and Icebolethu.

I send Dikeledi Mothusi an email yesterday notify her about the outcomes between me and my bank. Till now,she still haven't rep**** back. This is second time she's doing this.

If something happened to me today, who's going to make sure that my estates are distributed according to my Wishes.

Icebolethu you promised to Draft a Will for me as part of my benefits. Please deliver on your promises as soon as possible.
