I was told my police will take 3 month lapse but I was surprised after 2 month I went to the office to pay only to be told my policy is closed icebolethu is useless they are good with promise but they fail us big time I try to make arrangements of everything but still no lucky I want my money paid coz u staff **** to me the told me my policy will take 3 month to lapse only to find out is 2 month when I go to settle it the was stories after stories. The attitude of the lady who open my policy is not good she was shouting like she is in the tavern at I pay this policy with my money that I worked for it really disappointing the way u treat u clients I don't wish for anyone to join icebolethu
