Horrible service !!!!!!
I have been a member of Icebolethu for over a year now. When I joined they made me sign a debit order mandate only to find that by the agreed debit order date my account was not debited and I ended up paying via EFT. I called the call centre to get it sorted and i was told they do not have my signed document so i have to sign another, of which i did, again at the end of the month my account was not debited. I then decided that I am not going to waste my time and call I will just continue with paying via EFT as inconvenient as it is. Unfortunately on the 23rd of January when I made a payment I mistakenly pressed an additional zero which made me pay over about R1700 more. I then sent an email on the 24th of January quoting my policy number explaining what had happen but there was not response for the whole day. I went on to send messages on the whatsapp line and I was only asked "How can we assist" after writting a whole paragraph explaining there was silence for the whole day. I then decided to call and when i called i was told that i will get a response via whatsapp. After a day i received a whatsapp with the forms and i was told to complete and send via email and i was provided with this email ***. After sending all documents there was no response for 2 days i then decided to call again and i was told by the call centre agent that the email address i was provided with was incorrect i have to send it to ***. I then forwaded my email to the "correct" email address. Today is the 05th of February I have been sending emails almost everyday to just ask them to acknowledge that the documents were received and also an estimated turn around time. There was no communication. I have never received any communication unless i call and everytime I call i am told i am going to receive an email or SMS and none of those things happen. I have never experienced such a horrible service even from a tavern. This really give me anxiety because I am thinking what is going to happen should i lose a loved one and need to claim.
