Great Experience at Icebolethu Funeral Parlour, Selby

My experience with Icebolethu Funeral Parlour was a great one. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. My cousin made the meeting arrangements and when I got to the Selby office, the security guards were friendly and helpful. My meeting was on the schedule. The administrator, Sisandra, had all the documentation prepared and she completed what was necessary. The driver took me to the Department of Home Affairs where he quickly and simply followed the required process to obtain my aunt's death certificate, despite my fingerprints not being recognised and a fire making it necessary for us to evacuate. Back at the Selby office Sisandra finalised the documentation and explained the way forward. Everything took 1.25 hours. What a pleasure to deal with such kind, well-organised people at such a difficult time.
