Funeral ****

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. What a **** of a funeral parlour!!! Even though we had a funeral plan, we ended having to pay cash for the entire funeral. Then they bring a photo of the wrong person to the church! I’m disgusted by the service and attitude of this business. Thank goodness someone warned us not to use their catering because their portions are tiny or they don’t show up at all. We have been trying to get answers from them but they’ve gone silent on our matter after giving the same answer: “we’ll get back to you in 7 days!” It’s been over a month now! How shameful to take advantage of people when they’re at their lowest. Be careful of this company!!!
