Failing to deliver with false advertising

Your service is becoming questionable I restarted my policy on the 23 October 2023 . I was promised a policy document which i am entitled to since i am a member , i was promised same from the time i joined till todate

I also to extra benefit cards for 2 members , the benefit that came with the card were not provided to me when i approached your nearest branch i was told your offices are out of stock i will be notified as soon as there is stick available till to date no one has contacted me

I always receive calls from your agents advising that my policy has lapsed but my payment are up to date which is very alarming since am not sure whether your records are updated or

When speaking to agents they are very quick to blame each other and promised to update me and send me a policy document.

This type of service is very scary
