Words will fail me in expressing my gratitude to the agent who took my call (Sisanda) , knowing that Iceboletho was there in 2022 July when we lost our mother, my siblings and I reached out to the Selby Branch as we needed help with the repatriation of my brother on the 25th March who was brutally ******ed a day before, Sisanda made it easy to engage with her, explained things with so much patience and empathy. Thank you dear , we may not have used the services but I will never forget how you made me feel when I was weak.
