Excellent service

Excellent service in sending off our loved one. The team ka V Umlazi supported us every step of the way, from start to finish. Although the funeral took place outside their usual service area in Ermelo, they went above and beyond to provide a dignified burial. We are truly grateful, thank you! Five star!

One area for improvement is with the tombstone installation team. We were unveiling the tombstone on the same day, but it seemed they were unfami**** with the process. They appeared hesitant and expressed unsolicited opinions about how, where, and when the unveiling should happen as if we were not prepared or informed. Some training and sensitisation in this regard would go a long way.
