Disappointing, degrading service !!!

What a degrading service we received from you guys. My grandmother was laid to rest yesterday and her send off was disappointing. Firstly the coffin couldn't close properly, it seemed like it's the one used as a demo, which was really disturbing. The herse that was used to take my grandmother to the cemetery is the same one that brought her home the previous day which looked very old and could tell that it's also used for the removal of the body at the mortuary and other company errands. Also the family car was a small old Mercedes Benz. This gave me a sense that the clients receiving the best service from you guys are those who took expensive packages, which is very inhumane. Even if the client took a cheaper package and won't be receiving something of similar value as the one who paid more, they still need to be treated with dignity and have a decent burial. I guess we were all fooled by what we saw with the service you provided for King Zwelithini's funeral and other high profile people, little did we know that it was done for you to gain publicity.
