Being highly undermined as a client

We were assisted by uMkomaas branch. The catering team that was sent at home during today's funeral did not do justice at all and I am super angry.

Food delayed. The agreement was that they will be here by 10:00 am but they came around 12:40. Take aways that were agreed on we never dished out. People that did not go to the graveyard were not served food until we came back and the ladies were busy taking pics instead of serving food.

I called the branch to ask for help but did not get any additional hands as per my reques. Food ran out the beef curry meat was too tough. They said they will use their kitchen because we did not have which eventually came back but when they came they were washing chaffing dishes taking more time after being late. The team that was there is team B.
