Bad Claims TAT
Well well well. So I claimed with Icebolethu and they assisted me accordingly but with a surprise they taking me from pillar to post when I messaged the consultant 2 months later after taking out policy via WhatsApp I was informed that the cover for the insured is active. When it’s time for them to assist in the tombstone they say it’s not covered. So they did say they’ll escalate my complaint with a TAT of 7 days, but here I am 10days later no outcome for them to explain what’s the problem. If this happened I wouldn’t have went with them.
