Bad service

Iceberg Solar installed a borehole three houses up from us (we are at the bottom of the hill). The result was that our sidewalk gravel, trees, plants and fence got covered in mud at a height of 1.6 m. They made some preliminary efforts to clean the gravel, but after further contact ignored my calls and emails, and send someone with a broom to clean the fence, obviously deciding to ignore the damage to the trees and plants. The person was making a bigger mess with the broom than anything else and I told him to leave out of fear for damage to my plants. Moreover, the fence now seems dirtier than before. If only the company bothered to respond to my emails or come to clean the fence at the appointed time, this complaint might have been averted. I would therefore advice anyone that requires a borehole from using this company as they cannot maintain an appointment, and fail to clean up afterwards.
