Withdrawal fails, Support is non-existant

I am new to ICE3x and as things stand, won't be using them ever again. I made a withdrawal of ETH and the TX hash that they sent me, was a blank and after 2 weeks, I am still waiting to find out how I can get my ETH back in my wallet.\

My ETH has gone missing. I have created two tickets and both are being ignored. I have posted a message on their twitter page and that does not get responded to.

Not impressed at the moment.
