No response when trying to contact after trying numerous times PONZI SCHEME Ice3X

I decided try out Ice3x and invest in some cryptocurrency. I incorrectly put the incorrect reference number however the money still went into the correct account number. I have tried contacting them via there online ticket service and calling them only to always reach voicemail. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to join as your money will be lost as mine has. It is so frustrating. My ticket number on the online platform is #62977 and #61757
