Money not transferred back to my bank account

ICE3X.com used to safe and I could trust them. Recently they have undergone some sort of upgrade and are now all of a sudden trying keep everyone's money by saying everyone needs to FICA again. What happened to all our personal information after the first time we submitted it? Why when they upgrade their system do we the consumer have liable to redo everything and what's worst is where is all my documentation from last time and what did they do with it. Luno is a much safer service and I reccomend all South Africans rather use their services.
