Disgusting service receiving payment

Absolutely disgusted with their level of incompetence. I requested a withdrawal of some of my investment in rands. I was then told that they are having a problem with FNB payments. The words used were "stuck". According to them I have been payed but the delay is with FNB. Are you guys running a circus. FNB you have had countless cases against you now I can see why. There should be a full on investigation into this matter. You are withholding funds that do not belong to you. What are doing with our money. I actually had faith in Ice3x but I see that they too have no moral fibre to back their business processes.
