Amazing support through facebook

Amazing support from the exchange. I contacted through the facebook page and was immediately in a conversation about my issue with the support. They were not able to access my account as only "account staff" can do that, but they guided me through the process of opening a support ticket and then escalated it for me. My ticket was attended to quickly and now everything is fine....(it was actually my own mistake!) They explained some stuff to me that I did not know about how things are supposed to be done and now I am having zero problems when I follow the steps correctly.
