Account Verification

I have been waiting for 6 days now for my account to be verified. I cannot withdraw my funds without the verification process being completed. All my funds are being withheld and I am getting no response from the Ice3X. This is really poor customer service and feedback. I am beginning to think that this is a ********** business. I only get automated responses with False Hope. I need my funds to be paid out immediately!
