Ice Ice Crazy

Phoned the company. A different branded truck pitched up. They took away my ice machine and promised to order sensors. Phoned the next day, was told that sensors were ordered. I asked that they deliver my fixed ice machine back to me that evening.

They delivered a still broken ice machine and told me they haven't collected the sensors. I was very frustrated.

They then demanded I pay the call-out fee then and there without presenting an invoice, because "they needed cash for petrol etc." I refused to pay and told them i would happily pay the entire amount when my machine was fixed.

The next week I asked if they had the sensors and was told they had cancelled the order for the sensors when I didn't pay the R200 call-out fee and I must find someone else to fix it.
