Worst experience ever

My husband and I bought a vending Ice Machine from Ice House South Africa and within the first 10 days after arrival parts inside the Ice Machine broke, the extra bags etc. we were supposed to receive with purchase never arrived. We reported it as soon as we noticed the machine wasn't working (within a day) and asked how we would proceed with this since they guaranteed 24-hour break down service in writing when we purchased the machine. they never delivered! They gave us permission to hire a third party to fix the machine and 3 months after it broke they only came to see what was wrong, by this time, the machine had mechanical problems as well. When the technician arrived, they thought it better to blame us for the mechanical problems since we allowed someone to work on the machine that has not been trained by Ice House South Africa. They threatened to cancel our service plan (every 3 months) and our guarantee and withdraw from us completely. Every after- service we bought with the machine has not been for-filled. When we threaten to take legal action, their response is not to fix the machine, or make false promises to buy time. This is 9 months later and the machine still does not work, we had a sight in a shopping centre and was forced to remove the machine because it is still out of order, in the nine months we still had to pay rent, water connection and electricity connection while Ice House South Africa made to replace or fix the machine according to their adverti*****t or contract between us as clients. When we send e-mails or phone they do not answer, if they do it is takes weeks. if they send a replacement parts (they have sent only 2) they instruct is to install it ourselves without any instruction. By this stage legal action will take years and a lot of money and because they are in Jhb and we are in Mossel bay, court cases will be in Jhb. How as a registers business can they get away with this? We were given a faulty machine from the beginning and lost hundreds of thousands.

My husband and I don't know what to do anymore. This machine costs +- R 200 000.00, money that was worked for and saved. Now it feels we have no choice, with our backs against the wall, Ice House South Africa will get away with this
