bad service

Order ice on Monday, suppose to deliver on Tuesday. Didn't, or the next day. called to ask why. didn't know. Sent the ice on Thursday. 90% melted. the driver said he would speak to the boss, to call me back. Didn't. so I called them. the CEO said the ice would be there, first thing. didn't. called them at 1300hrs to ask were was my ice. they told me, it would be there in half an hour. At 1530hr it arrive. Wasted the day, when we were suppose to go out for the day. Not the first time, they have miss a deliver time.
