Ice Energy-************ who sell goods that dont work! They will run away with your money

I tried to support this small business by installing air conditioners at my home and office only but that was a very big mistake. Out of 4 air conditioners that I installed, only 1 of them work.

DO NOT use this company, they will take your money and supply you with broken equipment. I have been 1 full year for them to sort out the aircons that have never worked.

They are quick to respond to complaints online with "this is a misunderstanding" but after months and months of asking, begging and threatening them, I still have 3 broken air conditioners.

Their installations are also messy and extremely unprofessional.
