Poor service from Ice Car Audio Systems

I bought a satellite navigation system from Ice Car Audio [URL Removed] almost 2 years ago and it's been the worst R15k I have ever spent. If you thinking of getting one, DON'T waste your money! The owner Dennis Philippides is only interested in selling these dud units and is impossible to reach if you have any technical issues He never returns your call and even Hyundai battle to get hold of him! My units has already been replaced and there is still NO after sales service for a second system that constantly loses memory, has a GPS system that will take you every where you don't want to go and is preloaded with outdated maps which have not been updated even after numerous requests. I refuse to pay another R1800 for a software upgrade when he promised me a free upgrade. I just need the maps and software upgraded when required when a new version is released.
