Verification of qualification obtain by the ICB

I studied and completed my National Diploma in Technical Financial accounting in 2008. When I requested my highest level of qualifications from SAQA (transcript) it stated that NQF 4 which is matric. I then contacted the ICB over a year ago and then more than a month ago. They were unable to provide me with constructive feedback regarding my qualification. When I app**** for a Job a stated that I have my national diploma the they were unable to verify this qualification. This has apparently been escalated to management for quite some time. I would like to know why SAQA does not have this listed as my qualification. Was this course not accredited.
