Student Beware

Without any type of notification the ICB booked me for an exam for 24 August. If I hadn't logged into my Student portal, I would not have noticed. This was scheduled/seen Friday, 31 July. But when I logged onto my MACCI to start with my POE (as I was told a new one has been loaded), and redo my online tests, I saw no courses listed, thus no POE or tests. From Friday, 31 July up until now I have sent numerous mails to the ICB regarding this, as well as called them, but the phone just rings. I have had no response to my mails, and my MACCI is still down. There is no way I will prepared for my exam in just over 2 weeks. Horrible Service!!!!!
