online exam ****

i was writing my exam yesterday, the exam couldn't load and Im expected to pay and do a rewrite for the mess. i send an email that my exam is not loading and having difficulties. they said i should have did a chat instead of the email. i'm expected to do a rewrite and pay only may. why they dont do technical check up a bit early then open exam on the said time its beat me. icb is just making money on student . a fair rewrite without paying and sooner than have to wait for 3 months to write again would be fair. so disappointed at icb
