Lack of information provided

Well, went for a re write, no where did anyone told me that, when you do a rewrite that your POE marks will not be included, the only words is you have to have a pass rate of 60 , what is with all of the subjects. what i also queried, because now days the ridiculous pass mark you receive now in universities is like 35% to pass. I have found out from universities, if you will get a credit for your ICB studies, the answer were no, the subjects are not accredited, you have to start all over.

But when i wrote the exam, on the paper in front stated you have to have a minimum of 50 to pass in the exam and the rest will come from your POE, with the people that did the rewrite with me, we were all under the impression that the POE will be carried over, because when you contact the ICB, you say you failed the exam, o yes just go for a remark, you need to do it within in one year. that is all we did. So when they said the results will be released i check the portal, i could not go in the reports to see the breakdown, waiting for the mail, what i still to this day had not received, i said i will do a re mark 56% but i knew i did enough to get 50% to pass the exam so i was questioning why the mark is so low with the POE. Then i finally get the report and see the POE is not included in the final mark. So i called the ICB support centre to query that, she stated no it is in the blue booklet said, well, ICB told me for the re write i do not have to hand in my POE again, because it is already submitted, there only stands after you did not made it the second time you have to submit a POE again.

So no there does not stand, neither did anyone inform me that the POE will not be added to your final mark.

Sorry you first one you write your exam mark count 70% and your POE 30%, so now you have to just suck out of the blue 60%, what i had write in my first exam, that the questions asked, have no reference to the study guide, i had for my re write had to down load information from google, because the information provided is not sufficient, and i notice that if you do not take the video tutorial, videos is useless, because they just talk and do not explain, they read what is from a book. but the example exam paper is the only one helping you out.

so received also the mail you have to have a minimum of 50% to pass i got 56% so see the double versions.

I am honest, after this i really feel that iCB is definitely not upfront, they do not inform students correctly with the necessary information, i am a distant learner so i do not walk class

please advice on what will happen because i will not recommend the ICB to anyone sorry not with this kind of behaviour
