ICB PoE's/ Assignments

<p>I first registered with the ICB for Bookkeeping in 2015, I received good service back then, no problems or complains. I registered with them again this year to try and finish my course. So for my assessments I registered for Business Literacy and Compuetrised Boookeeping but I actually made a mistake with the Computerised Bookeeping as I was meant to register for Payroll & Monthly SARS Returns and I was only aware of it when I received my Books from the IBTC. Unfortunately they informed that it was too late and that my PoE/ assignments have already been shipped out and it can not be rectified. So i called the IBTC and made other rangements to then register again for the Computerised Boookkeeping so I can get the books in order to complete my assignments and carry on with assessment for it in July. So last week Saturday on the 11 of March I went to the post office to collect my PoE. Both PoE were there for Computerised Bookkeeping and Business Literacy but my Business Literacy was incomplete, I received the ICB Test 1B - question paper and answer book with an extra answer book for it, then ICB Test 2B - question paper but no answer book, then ICB Assignments 1&2&3 no question paper but two answer books for it.</p> <p>I tried to get hold of Mellissa on Monday the 13 of March who works with the PoE's as she was the one who sent my PoE's to let her kow but I could not get hold of her and I then spoke to Petsy and explained the whole situation to her and she said she will email them to me but nothing. I sent an email to them @ ********** and made it attention to Mellissa, </p> <p>I told her about the bad service I am experiencing with them so far cos they have my details but not emailing me or calling me back with positive feedback, but instead I will get the automatic reply "thank you for choosing the ICB" I get that they might be dealing with a high volume of queries and staff but my only worry is that I will be writting my Business Literacy in May and since well I also work during the day how I am supposed to manage if they also making me fall behind. If I made means to call and email them, why cant they just meet me half way and help me then with my request then.</p>
