FASSET Certificate - ICB Pathetic Service
Pathetic service when it comes to getting a certificate out of them, every excuse under the sun not to issue/reprint certificates that you have earned and paid for. Over 6 years and I am still waiting.

17 Feb 2020, 12:23Dear Vaughn,due to the fact that as per the SA Post Office it was delivered and your claim that you did not receive it,the matter is under investigation, in lieu that this certificate could be used by someone as ********** credentials we need an affidavit from you.We will be in contact with you.

04 Aug 2020, 21:55Please take note, I have obtained the affidavit as requested and have directed the information to Ageela Dahl the certificates manager. I expect her to be in contact and have this issue resolved shortly. I will update this post accordingly (hopefully with a better review).
