Empty promises!

In my life I have never been so disappointed as with the ICB....The keep on promising that students will receive there certification (Certificates), but this never seems to be the case. Every time one phones to ask about the certificate they got the same answers (perfectly trained) it will take amount a month, and that FASSET had a delay on there side... And then they go on and on that someone will phone you back, but for some reason, no one ever phones back... After a year, they just send me an email explaining that students can expect there certificates end Aug 2018.... and again blame shifting. I would not recommend that any one use the ICB, unless you are willing to wait (years) to get your certifications.
