Appalling administration

<p>My course at Damelin for bookkeeping to trial balance was paid in full 2 months prior to the course. I have been busy with this course for 3 weeks now and have not even received text books. This is disgraceful for an institute that is supposed to educate us.....I have no confidence in this institute if they can't even get me my text books when I start my course. I want a refund for every week that I don't have my books as this is unprofessional and theft as they were happy to take my money but have not delivered </p>
