I have recieved a call from blue lebel connect explained to me about their cellphone package and i took it they delivered the cellphone but i am not happy with it as i thought the phone is samsung galaxy A80 but its not what i thought it is i called them and tell them i dont want the phone they sent me i need to cancel the contract but they said since i have opened the parcel i cant return it i need your help to return their phone and cancel the contract i cant be paying for something i dont want for the next 24 month please help me to return this cellphone
