We don't need icasa

I send about 3 mails to them to put rain in their place but they tell me they investigate how long does it take for them to investigate because that is why they are their to help.i must constantly contact them to ask them to go for rain bring them to the table so we can be happy but no they ignore me now up to now ICASA never resolve my case this is the second provider I brought to them which they not even look into can you be so hopeless.i think they can close the doors and we can fight our battles
