Waiting for approval with no feedback

As a professional photographer I traded in my old DSLR for a new Nikon D850 camera that was supposed to be available 2 weeks ago. Because the camera can connect to WiFi Icasa approval is required to sell the camera in South Africa. We have now been left hanging for weeks with Icasa not providing the license and also not bothering to indicate when they will issue the approval license. Bunch of arrogant monopolistic bullies who don’t one iota for the consumers in this country
