VODACOM DATA RULILNG

As per ICASA, network providers are to roll over un utilized data on consumers contracts. Today I have check my contract which are with vodacom and I see all the contracts have been credited with them normal subs but all other balances have expired and even before the dates that are provided on the vodacom app which is also a lot of *******, these ************ know how to ******* the consumers and the guiding authorties are allowing this to happen.
