Vodacom contracts cancelations

I am so not happy with vodacom. I have 3 contracts and have decided to cancel one of the. I called vodacom on the 5th of december to cancel this contract at the end of december and i was told i need to give the a 30 day notice period for them to cancel, they will log a cancelation but the contract will only cancel at the end of january. So i agreed, today is the first of february. The contract is still not cancel. Vodacom you need to call me today and sort this out. I want this contrat cancelled asap please. My number ***
