Useless consultants and Useless vodacom

From the 22 June 2022 i have been trying to sort out an upgrade with vodacom. I just phoned vodacom on a progress and have been told for the 3rd time the upgrade has been canceled. I spoke to how many different consultants in the upgrades department and they all give you the same answer I DON'T KNOW why the upgrade has been canceled. All a bunch of useless idiots.
