Unhappy client

So i have been getting calls and smses regarding my account that was handed over i finally decided to settle my account and i was assisted by Thando Nyati she told me that my account will be cleared in 15days and that was on the 17th May already however when i call telkom my account is still not settled and now she is not answering my texts nor returning my calls.
