THE BRUTAL HARASSMENT BY CELL C IS CONTINUING.
This is the 4th report I'm posting on hellopeter regarding cell c.
Cell c sold me a data contract for R 99 per cellphone. The data never worked. I went to cell c President Hyper, they indicated the account was closed but i needed to pay R 148+ for nothing. I paid it. I went to MNT to apply for a data contract since the one of cell c didn't work. MTN informed me my application was rejected because cell c has blacklisted me.
Long story short, On Monday 6 Dec I went to cell c President Hyper. The woman advised me to pay whatever cell c demanded. In desperation I paid the full amount and took the receipt back to cell c. The woman made copies and promised to send it to the relevant department. She also sent me a basic e-mail to confirm I was there.
On 10 Dec I responded to a telephonic call from cell C. They accused me of owing them R 400+ money. I was extremely aggravated and told them that I paid the money the previous week, sent the evidence to Splendi, I went to cell c President Hyper. The woman behind the counter made copies of the receipts and promised to send it to head office. She even sent me confirmation per e-mail. The person who called me gave me another e-mail address : cellccollectioncentre.co.za She said I must send the info again. I e-mailed the info again on 10 Dec at 1:52 pm. So the person who called me promised to rectify the account right away.
On 11 Dec 2020 I received a call from cell c nr ***. The woman accused me of owing them R 400+ money. I was extremely furious and told them that I paid the money the previous week, sent the evidence to Splendi, I went to cell c President Hyper. The woman behind the counter made copies of the receipts and promised to send it to head office. She even sent me confirmation per e-mail. I also indicated that I sent it to cell c again the previous day. So the woman said she would take it up with her supervisor and ended the call.
Today , 12 December 2020 the attorneys of cell c called me. The no was ***. THEY INDICATED TO ME I OWE CELL C R400+. I WAS BEYOND MYSELF WITH RAGE. I INDICATED TO THEM THAT I PAID THE AMOUNT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS AGO AND SEND THE EVIDENCE TO CELL C, SPLENDI, AND EVEN WENT PERSONALLY TO CELL C PRESIDENT HYPER TO SUBMIT THE EVIDENCE. I DEMANDED THEM TO CALL CELL C PRESIDENT HYPER AND ASK THE PERSON THERE WHY SHE WASN’T DOING HER JOB BY SENDING THE INFO IN. THE PERSON AT THE ATTORNEYS SAID SHE WOULD FOLLOW IT UP.
I demand now that cell c stop harassing me immediately. I indicated to the attorney today that cell c is quick to blacklist you for nothing, but are unable to get the blacklisting removed.
I have never seen such a massive level of incompetency of ALL DEPARTMENTS at any other business EVER before. This struggle has been going on for many months and there is no sight of the end yet.
