Telcom vs ICASA

<p>After having issues with Telkom over their non-existent service pertaining to the internet and land line issues for over 4 1/2 months, I eventually got hold of ICASA out of sheer desperation. I managed to get hold of a gentleman by the name of</p> <p>Gumani Malebusha. In no time he got hold of me, getting the correct details from us, and got hold of Telkom. Even though it took Telkom days to respond, this man never gave up in helping us!</p> <p>Gumani, you are a treasure and thank you so very much for assisting us. Don't know if we will win against Telkom, but with you on our side, I am hoping and praying. Thank you once again Gumani!</p> <p> </p>
