Rights being infringed on

I have a complaint against Telkom the double billed me twice for 1 transaction of bundle purchase yet they failed to explain how that possible and discarded my rights as a customer and clearly don't follow the rules and regulations that icasa have in place , I insisted to speak to a manager and they dropped the call and I took it upon myself to record our conversation.
